Stop Hurting Your Breasts

Stop hurting your breasts.

Stop the firm massage.
Stop the vibration tools digging into breast tissue.
Stop the combs being used to 'get a ‘clog’ out.
Stop the wide mouthed silicone pump sucking too much areola in.
Stop the epsom salt soaks to the nipple.
Stop the dangle feeding.
Stop trying to put your baby in wild nursing positions to get a clog out.
Stop pumping to excess or with high suction levels.
Stop asking your partner to 'suck the clog out' when your pump can't.

Stop hurting your breasts.
Stop the bruising.
Stop the inflammation and swelling.
Stop pushing through the pain.
Stop listening to outdated, incorrect advice.

Stop believing that a ‘plugged duct’ inside the milk duct is the cause of your swollen, painful breast.

Start with an understanding that the inflammation and swelling is OUTSIDE the milk duct, NOT INSIDE it. Start focusing on decreasing the swelling and inflammation that are causing the problem to begin with.

Start doing treatments that make sense.

  • L - Lymphatic drainage (explained on the Lindsay Moore MD YouTube channel)

  • I - Ice

  • A - Anti inflammatory medicine (IF your doctor says this is safe for you of course)

  • R - Rest the breast by NOT pumping extra. NOT pumping on super high suction. NOT trying to fully empty the breast.
    Start getting relief.
